50% Balsamic Vinegar: The Aceto Balsamico di Modena (P.G.I. - protected geographical indication) we use is made from superior must of organically farmed Lambruschi, Sangiovese and Trebbiani grapes. The balsamic vinegar comes from Modena, a region rich in tradition, for which Aceto Balsamico has become an integral part of its cultural heritage.
